Custom Frameworks
LoopBooking lets you define custom frameworks for how building resources are used. You can set hourly rates for meeting rooms and specify available hours. Each meeting room and resource can have its own unique framework, making it easy to tailor the system to the specific needs of your building or tenants.
Export Data
Exporting data from LoopBooking is fast and simple. Booking history and catering data can be downloaded and used for invoicing or exported as CSV files for Excel. This makes reporting and billing both flexible and efficient.
Role Management
In buildings with multiple businesses or tenants, LoopBooking supports customized roles for each group. While administrators manage rooms and resources, tenants can be assigned either user or admin roles.
